How to Open Your Shop on PhotoShelf
Our submission process is simple.

How does PhotoShelf work ?
We're open to applications from all photographers
Our team of editors will determine if your work is appropriate for our site. We do not provide feedback for your images.
If approved, you must comply with the following basic requirements

You must have your own online portfolio as well as an Instagram account that features your images.

If your work is selected, we allow up to 10 prints, in multiple sizes, to be displayed on the site. You give us the rights to display your images for the purposes of sales and promotion both on and off the site.

After approval, we will ask you to submit your images, pricing, and description of each image. We will also ask you to specify whether the print is, signed or unsigned, part of a limited edition, the printing technology used and type of paper used. We will provide pricing suggestions if you request it, but final pricing is your decision -- as long as the price does not exceed pricing for your similar images sold elsewhere on the web

You will be responsible for delivering photo books and/or art prints directly to the buyer. We will provide you with shipping guidelines to insure that you meet Photoshelf quality standards.

Prints and books must be shipped within 7 days of receiving an order. Non-compliance will result in the closure of your Photoshelf storefront. We will provide you with a shipping label which must be used so that we can track shipment and make payment to you.

You must sign our site agreement which will be sent upon approval of your application.

PhotoShelf executes the purchase of the order and retains15% of the proceeds. Shipping costs are charged to the customer separately and are added to the purchase except for occasional free shipping promotions. In those cases the shipping costs are deducted from your proceeds. A check or electronic transfer will be made to you for the balance after confirmation of receipt by delivery agent (i.e. UPS, Fedex)
