SHIPPING
All fine art photographic prints are shipped via trackable shipper such as UPS or Fedex. Prints are carefully packed and placed in packaging designed to protect the print during shipping. For all prints 11"x17" or less, are shipped in a flat cardboard envelope which is clearly marked "Do Not Bend". All prints in excess of 11x17" is shipped in a heavy duty shipping tube. When receiving one of our packages please be careful removing the print. The print will be flat or rolled in acid free tissue paper and will have a paper belly band if rolled. We recommend leaving the print rolled in its packaging until it can be properly framed. In all cases, use acid free materials for framing and matting and avoid allowing the print to be in direct sun light for any amount of time. Direct sun light will damage your print and will accelerate fading. Adhering to these guidelines will ensure your print will last multiple generations.

At BluePhoto, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your fine photographic print purchase. We understand that acquiring photography is a personal experience, and we aim to provide a transparent and fair returns process.
General Guidelines:

Return Period:

Customers may request a return within seven (7) days of the delivery date.

Notification of intent to return must be provided in writing to info@bluephoto.co within this period.

Returns will be accepted and the full value of the print will be refunded less a 20% processing fee

Condition of Returned Photographic print:

The photographic print must be returned in its original condition, free from any damage or alteration.

All original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and any accompanying documentation must be included.

We highly recommend that returned photographic print is packaged with the same care and materials as it was originally shipped.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance.

We strongly advise using a reputable shipping carrier that provides tracking and insurance for the full value of the artwork.

BluePhoto is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping.

Inspection and Refund:

Upon receipt of the returned artwork, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify its condition.

If the photographic print is deemed to be in its original condition, a refund will be processed within 30 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Exceptions:

Certain photographic prints may be designated as "final sale" and are not eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated in the photographic print’s description.

If damage occurs during initial shipping, the customer must document the damage with photos, and notify BluePhoto within 24 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Artwork:

If you receive a photographic print that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@bluephoto.co with photographs of the damage.

We will work with you to arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Important Considerations:

Fine art photography is often delicate and requires special handling. Please take great care when unpacking and repacking artwork.

Variations in color and texture may occur due to photography and monitor settings. These variations are not considered defects.
